La pista cuenta con una secuela llamada «Coma Black» del álbum Holy Wood (In the Shadow of the Valley of Death) (2000).

Marilyn Manson - Coma White
El video musical fue dirigido por Samuel Bayer, cuenta con una recreación retorcida del asesinato de John F. Kennedy. Manson, retratando Kennedy, se ve saludando a sus fans. Finalmente Manson recibe un disparo y muere.
Dado a que el video fue censurado en gran parte del mundo, el sencillo no logró destacar comercialmente y solo se estreno mediante MTV USA.
